Meet the Staff
Leonardo, Dental Assistant
Leonardo received his dental assistant training at Broward College and passed his Dental Assisting National Board in 2016. He decided to continue his training in the dental field to become a dentist so that he could help treat patients and educate them on how to maintain beautiful and healthy teeth. Leonardo is working full time as Premier Smile Center’s lead dental assistant while earning his dental degree.
Shavonne, Dental Assistant
Born in Texas, Shavonne began her dental training in Las Vegas at the age of 17. Shavonne loves her work, and her highest priority is to keep patients comfortable and make them feel like family. When not in the office, Shavonne enjoys being outdoors and engaging in water sports. She also loves to travel and experience new things.
Mallory, Lead Dental Hygienist
Mallory received her bachelor’s degree at Arkansas State University in 2009 and moved to South Florida in 2010. Mallory started off as a dental assistant in 2011 but soon decided to train as a dental hygienist at Sanford-Brown College. Mallory loves helping patients and educating them on how to maintain healthy smiles. She is very good at keeping patients comfortable and relaxed during their visits. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and friends as well as her dogs. She also loves serving at her church and going to the beach on the weekends.
Dakota, Dental Hygienist
Dakota graduated from Sanford Brown Institute and became part of the Premier Smile Center family in 2014. As a kid, she loved going to the dentist for her check-ups and cleanings. She admired her hygienist and knew at a young age that she wanted to help people achieve the beautiful smiles they always wanted. Dakota enjoys educating her patients so that they can attain their optimum oral health and eliminate the need for future dental work.
Manouchka, Hygiene Coordinator
Manouchka is Premier Smile Center’s hygiene coordinator. Her goal is to provide excellent patient care and to keep patients happy. She prides herself on getting patients scheduled in a way that helps them to achieve optimum oral health. She is excellent at communicating with patients and accommodating their busy schedules to get them in for regular maintenance appointments. Manouchka has a cheerful, “can-do” attitude. In her free time, she enjoys singing and dancing. She also loves making others laugh and is an excellent team player.
Jessica, New Patient Coordinator / Public Relations
Jessica is a native of Ft. Lauderdale and came back here after studying at Florida State University and living in Miami for 10 years. As our New Patient Coordinator, Jessica has the goal of helping more people find out about Premier Smile Center’s services and increasing patient loyalty in order to help as many people as possible achieve their smile goals. Jessica is always around the office to answer any questions patients have about our new dental offices. Outside of work, she loves getting involved with community activities and donating her time to be of service to others.
Kenneth, Office Manager
Originally from Lawrence, Massachusetts, Kenneth has been with Premier Smile Center since 2008. As the Office Manager, Kenneth not only keeps the office running smoothly, but he also ensures that our patients are happy with every aspect of their visit and he is excellent at listening to their concerns. Outside the office, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family. Kenneth also has a great sense of humor and enjoys making others laugh and smile.
Samantha, Financial Coordinator
Samantha has been with Premier Smile Center for almost three years. As the Financial Coordinator of the office, she helps our patients understand all of their payment options. She is familiar with most dental insurance plans and helps ensure that our patients get maximum coverage for their dental services. Samantha also manages the doctors’ schedules and works to set appointments that will accommodate our patients’ schedules. Samantha likes to help educate patients on how to maintain excellent oral hygiene and a beautiful smile in a way that fits their budget.
Yesenia, Insurance Coordinator
Our insurance coordinator Yesenia is a GO GETTER! She processes all insurance billings for patient services and is responsible for all insurance verification’s. Yesenia communicates to staff and patients regarding the insurance coverage and makes sure everything is accurate and correct for each visit. She takes pride in her tasks at work to insure each day is productive and efficient. Alongside with coordinating and handling payments from insurance carriers, she troubleshoots any issues related to patient accounts. Yesenia is very personal with each and every patient, in order to give quality service and provide a memorable experience.
